Terms & Policies


  • Payment via PayPal or bank transfer
  • Initial payment and first month is due at signing of the contract
  • All subsequent payments will be due 5 business days after the invoice has been sent by us
  • Outstanding payments beyond these 5 business days will be subject to a 2% per day late fee
  • After 15 days of no payment received, the contract is void and any ongoing work will be terminated
  • To reinstate contract, full outstanding payment plus 50% of the initial set up fee will be due as the project will have to restart
  • For 12 month contract payments can be automated via PayPal
  • For website design and design projects, payment plans are available for budgets beyond $3,000USD
  • You are entitled to receive a receipt for each payment made to PirelaConsultancy
  • There will be no refund or credit for withdrawal of the project

Package Commitments:

  • All packages require a commitment from you (Client). The minimum commitment is three (3) months and this is only available for the ‘Give it a Try’ package. All other packages require a 12 month commitment.
  • If a client chooses to withdraw from a package before the 12 months has been completed, we are required 50% of the total fee left for the remaining months
  • There will be no refund or credit for withdrawal of the project

Resources & Copyrights:

  • Resources needed for the design, such as fonts, stock photos, and icons, are not included in the prices above. Those will be paid for by the client, and the rights to use them shall be theirs
  • Work on the project will only begin once these resources have been provided
  • Content and Images are due on specific deadlines agreed upon in our strategy sessions.
  • If the website was created by Pirela Consultancy and it is being managed by another company, our ‘Created by Pirela Consultancy’ tag, cannot be removed
  • All creative work is owned by the client, but Pirela Consultancy reserves the right to keep copies of design files and distribute all work done for marketing purposes


      • Pirela Consultancy hours of operations are as follows:
        • Business Operation Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST excluding Public Holidays
        • Client Communication and Consultancy Hours: Monday – Friday 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM EST excluding Public Holidays – If for some reason client cannot meet during these hours, a one-off alternative arrangement can be made
        • Emails during operation hours will be answered as promptly as possible. After hours emails will be answered within 24 to 48 hours
        • Meetings and calls MUST be mutually scheduled and agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance
      • If client needs additions done, request needs to be made at a minimum of 48 to 72 hours before desired deadline. Pirela Consultancy will not complete tasks under less than 48 hour notice. Any tasks received after 5:00 PM EST will not be considered until next business day
      • Any new task requested by client will be reviewed by Pirela Consultancy and client to determine a scope, cost and deadline for completion
      • All projects have up to three revisions included in package. Any revision beyond thiswill be reviewed by Pirela Consultancy and client to determine a scope, cost and deadline for completion
      • Project and practical deadlines will be determined between Pirela Consultancy and Client during strategy meetings
      • Deliverables (Website Launch, Marketing Material, etc) will only be released once Pirela Consultancy has approved its completion and capability of performing as it should be. No work will be rushed to meet unrealistic and unexpected deadlines
      • Pirela Consultancy reserves the rights to withdraw from a project without refund to client, giving 2 weeks notice and clear reason to the client
